http://www.philippe-karl.com/703/English/Unterschriftenliste-en.html

On 27 March 2009, Philippe Karl sent a letter to the German Equestrian Federation (FN), in which he propose a number of changes of the FN rules to which on 22nd May 2009 he had not even received an acknowledgement.

Please visit the link above & consider whether or not you wish to sign the letter.

Whether or not you sign the letter, please share the link with your equine contacts so they also have the opportunity to consider it.

Many thanks.

  1. Thank you, José. There are some foto's in the H&D foto section of "Rollkur". It is enough to make you extremely angry. :-<

  2. I read this petition and agree with the first part of the letter. But not with all the points written by PK. I think that if he only wrote the first part, his petition would be much more successful. Sadly it is too much relative to his own personal views and as I have seen him ride, I cannot agree with him. Nevertheless, it is a good attempt to move things a little bit!

My own petition is simple. I think of sending to all the dressage judges of the world a petition saying:

"Yes to back movers and No to Leg movers in dressage".

Write this on an email and send it to the FEI!

  3. I applaud him for taking a stand. Change has to start somewhere. He probably knew that some of his recommendations would not be accepted, but if he makes even *some* changes, then that is a positive step IMHO.
