During the first three weeks in July, when the Lipizzaner Stallions are taking their summer break in Lower Austria, the young stars pay a visit to Vienna. In addition to the foals and their mothers, carriage presentations with tandems and four-in-hands in traditional uniforms and historic carriages are shown. This special programme is presented in German and English.

The program is presented in German by Dr. Max Dobretsberger himself (stud manager of Piber) and in English by Mrs Georgina Whittle (secretary to Mrs Gürtler).

There are also some young, 3year old stallions in Vienna. They can taste already a little bit of their future playground.
Here is another video of the little guests, very sweet! That dark bullet-headed little fellow looks like trouble :^) I'm not convinced the ready-lawn will last out the three weeks, the rate the mares are hoovering it up!
