The street is called Vecna pot (Eternal way) and is connecting Koseze and Rozna dolina (Rosenthal), two districs in Ljubljana. Left from the Street there is Institute of Forestry nowadays.
This is typical traditional clothing of common people in rural areas of central and north-western part of Slovenia (almost every 2nd village had some typical details of it's own, but nevertheless).
The horses tack is not so traditional, as riding was more or less reserved for nobles and military. But the decorating elements are similar (or even same) as those on the heavy draft horse tack which was more commonly used.
