Did anyone go to this? I would have liked to have seen the Braun Pas de Deux 
Thanks so much for the link! The pics are great. The Braun Pas de Deux looked magnificent, I would love to see that live, but pictures at least give a taste of what it was like. Would be great as a part of regular performances.

AntwortenLöschenThe complete show was magnificent. Lovely weather, good horses, great performances and atmosphere.
The brown Pd2 of Favory Aquileja/Mr.Krzisch & Pluto Bellornata/Mr.Eder and the solo of Neapolitano Pastime/Mr Bachinger (auf blanker Kandare) were very impressive (although not without mistakes - but being rider myself I like that ;-).
It was the first time that they offered this in public. And then in an outdoor arena with more than 1,200 people, flags, tents, noises......
Just before the Pd2 a traditional group of Salzburger farmers in "lederhosen" demonstrated their skills with long whips..... It sounded like cannon shots.... You could imagine that the SRS-stallions were awake.... ;-) Who would blame them that their performances were not so smooth as in the quietness of the "Winterreitschule" in Vienna.... ??
Those pictures tell the story correctly. The whole show was really wonderful. For those who were not there.... : you really missed something !!
Dear Atjan, I am completely jealous.. !!! I am so glad that one of us on H and D caught the Herbstparade. I am still reeling at the wonderful sight of both bays with Narenta and Sambata in Alle Gaengen on Sunday morning in the Hofreitschule. That was amazing.
