My Name is Patrick Molenaar im from holland, and have a P.R.E stalion named Gitano, age 5

I'm a student of Willy Ten Hagen in holland, he teach me classical dressage.

Question about saddle pads -reference pictures of Gala 25-10-07 (gold/red pad)

In the pictures you posted from the 25-10-07 gala event, it looks like the red and gold saddle "pad" isn't a pad at all in that the saddle doesn't sit on top of it.  Correct?

 

This leads me to ask:  Do you use full saddle pads that go under the entire saddle?  Or does the saddle sit directly on the horse and the decorative pad is only there for decoration?

Hello Andreas, I am planning to come and visit the SRS with my trainer, Barbara Leach, who is a ex pupil/student of Hans Handler (when she lived in Africa). She studied and rode dressage all her life and is dedicated to the SRS. She asked me to accompany her for a trip the the magic school and one of her wishes is to meet for some time with Mr Krisch, which she respects highly as  a rider.   Would it be possible to have his contact/address so that I can organise a meeting/visit. I also would love to visit the school with you of course and present you this wonderful lady who still ride at her age. I am myself her pupil and run a yard of 12 horses at the moment and this is why it will take some time to organise a trip abroad !   Thank you in advance and there is no problem "bien entendu" if the above is not possible.
