But on exploring the website, I found - http://www.wien.info/article.asp?IDArticle=10095 - which may be of interest to our members, and as always, it was lovely to see picys of the SRS!
Jose, It's probably just that your internet connection is slow. Downloading and playing videos does not work at all well with dial-up or other slow internet connections. Even if your internet connection is normally fast enough, it may be overloaded with a lot of activity on the weekends or evenings. Oh, there is a link to the same video on the web page you sent - it's right under the photo of the riders entering on the center line. Good luck seeing the video!

Loved the video -- it is absolutely charming. As long as you have Adobe flash on your computer, you should be able to watch the video.
