I have had good luck using Bookfinder.com when looking for out-of-print books in the past. They search the offerings of booksellers in the US and Europe. You might also be interested in deCarpentry's "Baucher et son Ecole" if ytou want the French perspective.
I just used bookfinder to search for both books. It did not find Seeger but did find deCarpentry. But, the booksellers' offersings change frequently so, you might want to search again in a few days or perhaps a week.
As I get used to the new site, I find I like it quite a lot. I like your "photo" - it's Hamilton's Scaramuie isn't it? I have seen it in Wien - it hangs in the Wagenburg if I remember correctly- and of course it is on postcards and so on...
Xenophon Press will be publishing 'Baucher and His School' by Decarpentry with an Appendix by Louis Seeger from 'Serious words of warning to all German Rider about Mr. Baucher' in the spring of 2011. Visit us at www.XenophonPress.com
I rad the book and must say one has to see it in the historical sircumstances of that time. You have to know that Louis Seeger was german and studied classical riding at the Spanish Riding School in Vienna under Weyrother. Back in Germany he had the chnace to mount one of Bauchers horses in Berlin. Just realise that Napoleon Bonaparte infaded Germany at the beginning of the 19th century, so the French and everything related to France was bad. That's why Seeger was so negativ on Bauchers way of training. In my opinion Baucher has huge influence in the way we work our horses.

Google search - http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=Herr+Baucher+und+seine+K%C3%BCnste+Louis+Seeger&btnG=Google+Search&meta=
1st link that came up on the search I did - http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=MHKbTgndfPgC&pg=PA189&lpg=PA189&dq=Herr+Baucher+und+seine+K%C3%BCnste+Louis+Seeger&source=web&ots=kTDikhSf-5&sig=VomVhGZHl0bPmHoawnYOcFPR1Nk&hl=en&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=1&ct=result#PPP1,M1
I tried searching on Amazon & eBay but both returned no results of available books.
Good luck with your search.
